The ring is made of a sterling silver ring, engraved “Fred Sathal Couture”, topped off with two stems inserting themselves in the button’s holes. The button is a vintage button, from Fred Sathal’s personal collection. Very dark brown button, serrated edge, slightly concave in the center.
